1. Welcome to wydo.in.

These Terms of Service govern your use of wydo.in, a service that lets you share what you're doing and join friends nearby. By creating an account or using wydo.in, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use wydo.in.

You must be at least 13 years old to use wydo.in. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information when you sign up and for keeping your account secure.

3. Your content.

You keep ownership of the text, photos, videos, and other content you post on wydo.in. By posting, you give us a limited licence to host, display, and share your content so the service can work — for example, showing your Drop to people nearby or friends you invite.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use.

Use wydo.in to connect with people in real life. Do not use it to spam, impersonate others, scrape data, run bots, distribute malware, stalk, or harass anyone. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

5. Location and Crossed Paths.

Location sharing is off by default. If you turn it on, wydo.in uses coarse matching to suggest people you may have crossed paths with. We never expose your exact coordinates, precise address, or movement history to other users. You can turn location features off at any time.

6. Content moderation.

We may review, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe could harm users or the service. We may also limit or suspend accounts involved in repeated or serious violations.

7. Termination.

You can delete your account and content at any time from your settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers.

wydo.in is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for how users behave or for offline interactions that happen after connecting through wydo.in.

9. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the app or by email. Continued use of wydo.in after changes means you accept the updated terms.
